Roof Washing in Boca Raton, FL
Our valued customer needed their roof cleaned before having their house repainted. We noticed the rear gutters were full with foliage. The first step was to remove the leaves so we can be sure that the gutters will drain properly. This is important not only for the softwash process but also because of the amount of rain we receive in Palm Beach County. We then applied our softwash chemical which removes all of the existing algae from the roof tiles. Once this is done, we rinse the roof thoroughly to make sure all the algae and chemical have been removed leaving the tiles looking as clean as possible.
We also take extra steps to protect ground plants, customers furniture and appliances to eliminate our liability of any property damage. The customers are left with a beautiful looking roof which we expect to stay clean for nearly three years.
